FixYa announced results of a survey comparing consumer complains between iPad 2 and Kindle Fire. Overall, consumer complaints about the Kindle Fire is more than iPad 2.
Five key issues complained by iPad 2 users:
Wi-Fi connection problems (35%) soon after – part of iPad 2 users complain about can not connect to a Wi-Fi network, or log will be automatically disconnected;
LED display (15%) – some users complain that when the dark graphics or page is displayed, the screen corner and edge areas will appear bright spots;
Microphone quality problems (15%) – some users complain about poor recording function of iPad 2;
USB problems (10%) – part of the user via a USB cable to connect computers and flat-panel encountered unrecognized;
Screen (10%) – Users also complained about some other screen, the screen freezes, the accuracy of the touch screen is not high.
Five key issues complained by Kindle Fire users:
Can not close a key shopping (30%) – Fire the Kindle allows users to store credit card information for automatic shopping, although this is really convenient, but it also led to security problems, as some users worry that their children without the knowledge of accidentally purchased, or stolen equipment;
Wi-Fi connection problems (25%) – some users complain that the Kindle Fire Wi-Fi capabilities poor, easily dropped;
There is no parental control settings (15%) – some users complain that the Kindle Fire parental control settings, worried that their children access to the uncensored Web content;
Touch screen accuracy issues (15%) – and iPad 2 similar, some users complain about the touch screen accuracy is not high;
